How We Can Help
Our team of experts specialize in the fields of weight loss, nutrition, exercise, disease management and behavioral change. Their goal is to educate, motivate and guide individuals toward an overall improvement in health and permanent weight loss.
Weight Management Program
Prior to your first visit, we ask that you complete a health history form and a food log. This allows our registered dietitians to better understand you and your needs before you even step into their office. At your first visit, our team member will complete an assessment to evaluate your physical health, determine your individual needs and develop a plan that includes short-term and long-term goals. In addition, they will create a program that combines evidence-based practices in nutrition, physical activity and behavioral change.
Our registered dietitians and fitness specialists are available to meet with you regularly to monitor, encourage and support you in reaching your weight loss goals. In addition, they’ll work with the rest of your medical team to communicate your progress.
Our weight management program is personalized to you and your unique situation, health status, and physical ability. We do not use pre-packaged food or meal replacements. Instead, the program focuses on educating you with the correct nutritional guidelines and encouraging appropriate physical activity.
