Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese martial art shown to improve strength and balance in addition to helping with stress and relaxation. This exercise class consists of slow, fluid movements that will help improve leg strength, endurance, flexibility and much more—ultimately helping you to prevent your risk of falling.

For a small $40 registration fee, you can participate in our eight-class series on Tai Chi, where you’ll see gradual improvements in your balance, strength and flexibility.
